Okx8 Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

1 General Terms

• If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• If the user requests to close their own account.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Okx8 will notify the user by email before closing an account, unless immediate action is required. Any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus balances may be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

Okx8 expressly disclaims liability for the following.

If a dispute arises, please contact okx8 customer support in the first instance. We always aim to resolve issues through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached through support, an independent mediator may be sought.

• Complex cases may take up to 30 days to resolve.
